The receptionist was fantastic. That's all that was good

Miserable bar team. No draught lager. Unhygienic breakfast staff. Cold food from the supposed hot buffet, undercooked eggs. Room was very basic and dated. Sofa bed was not fit for one person, let alone two. Despite booking for a family of four. Children ended up sleeping on the floor.
