Shangri La hotels are always good, even when facility is dated because staff is so good. Room could use more plugs and USB chargers. Had a 2 bed room for 3 adults but beds are really too small for more than 1 adult. Luckily we are petite.

Very nice big bed, very comfy. The carpets were quite worn and the bathrooom dated, however it was good value for money. Wouldn’t class it as a 5 star. Tasty breakfast and good coffee.

"Outdated but good value! "

The stay was fine, the lobby is great, open and clean. However, the inside of the hotel is way out dated. I must say it must be the worst Shang-ri-la in the globe, worse than the one in Beijing. Of course you get what you paid for, $88 a night is acceptable alternative. I vote a good value.
