"Overall I would recommend "

Really good hotel probably not best for families but not the worst choice. The staff were very friendly really nice people and the guy who checked us in Friday pm and the lady working through Friday night we’re particularly friendly It’s a really good location rooms good the corridors could do with a bit of a clean even if they got the carpet cleaned. Also would prefer large wall attached shower gel etc as the containers they provide are small and not very eco friendly Complimentary water and beach towels etc The spot is amazing and they gave us drinks vouchers for the sister hotel which were really good

Location is great. Its a much older building and some things are not as new or as clean as I am use to but overall not a bad stay and is what I expected.

The room was very clean and spacious. The room was very beautiful. Customer service was excellent. The only thing I did like was the pool. They did to update.

"Don't Pay cash for early check in"

I've stayed at this hotel for over eight years.This week was the first bad experience with front desk person DEMETRIUS. .He charged me fifty dollars for early check-in, which has never happened before.I later learned that he is scamming me and other guests by taking the cash which is not hotel policy. When you stay here do not give Demetrius cash. The rest of my experience was wonderful.Front desk persons Charlene and BeauCe are very welcoming.They're very caring, and they're very honest, I've stayed at this hotel twice this month and BeauCe and Charlene made each experience the BEST. I APPRECIATE THEM BOTH. JoJo.

There was a hole in the ceiling of our closet. The shower curtain didn’t even touch the bottom of the floor. Bed had hair before we even sat down. Phone didn’t work and had mold on it. Tv remote didn’t work.

I had an awesome stay here ..the only thing i can say that was upsetting was my room was barley cleaned every day sanndy floors no effort in cleaning the room thoroughly.They also didnt take the tip money I left every day.
