"Renovated not sure. Could use a lot of help."

Was there for Thanksgiving and was unable to watch NFL football on their new television system. Both nbc and cbs only showed local nyc news repetitively. The front desk was no help. Breakfast was awful. If you have to stay in the fishkill area I would check out the holiday inn express or other hotels. This place was a dump.

"Did the job"

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff amenable and helpful. The view was pleasant - woods and grass. Fabulous location right off rte 84

I asked for a quiet room and I really did think my request was given serious consideration since we were in a room at the back of the hotel. But I am finding in my experience that certain realities aren't considered in deciding what a quiet room is. In this case, there was a persistent mechanical hum from either a generator or some other system right outside our room. Also there were no water glasses in the room and only one nightstand. And there was no free streaming services (Apple, HBO etc) But considering how inexpensive the room was and how pretty it was I guess I shouldn't complain.

"Great place to rest your head. Don't expect breakfast."

The location was near the highway and shopping. Most importantly, it was near a very nice diner.

The doll house size breakfast. No lids for the coffee so bringing it up to my room was very iffy.
