Room was clean and confy bed

Not hot breakfast

Was fine for a budget stay, but there should have been a couple of drinking glasses near the sink. There shouldn't have been a bit of a old soap in the tub.

The room heating system was awkward, on/off cold hot and could not shut off unless unit was unplugged. The remote on the wall would not power off the unit.

Spark took over a best western. They’ve revamped the place. Clean, new but a basic stay. Nothing fancy but updated and clean

Room was clean, check-in was easy.

Les chambres sont spacieuses , le lit confortable. l’hôtel donne le sentiment d’être entretenu. Le petit déjeuner inclus. Le parking disponible Les restaurants proche de l’hôtel La localisation.

La chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée vers 8h le soir , les clients précédents avaient laissé la chambre dans un état horrible , je plaint la femme de chambre...Cela fait bizarre de rentrer dans une chambre aussi sale avec le badge. Mais quand je suis aller a la réception pour signaler l'erreur , je n'ai même pas eu un mot d'excuse. C'est dommage, car même si on m'as donner une autre chambre assez vite, un petit mot d'excuse est toujours le bienvenu dans ses cas là. Enfin , il y avait plusieurs insectes dans la chambre. ( 4 ou 5) Ils étaient sur les murs et au plafond lors de l'ouverture de la 2ème chambre qu'on nous a donné.

Good place to rest your head for a night

They just recently changed names and didn't notify us. We thought we booked a wingate by wyndham. Now it has a Spark sign on the building which is not a problem other than we drove all over looking for the other one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was only hard boiled eggs, cereal, and a toaster for bread. Disappointing 😞 so only 4 stars out of 5

Spark advertise accommodations rooms with microwave, coffee maker, spare chair...NOT our room. Elevator worked sporadically. Room AC went up and room was 78 degrees at 3am. During check-out...invoice was to be emailed to me but never had my email address. Had to call to receive. Rooms DO NOT look like the pictures!!! According to Hilton, Spark "already" gave me a discount due to the above. NO. When I actually called the hotel and spoke with them after this, they had no clue about it.
