Was told I was being charged $100 for incidentals, But was never explained to me what an incidental was. Craftsmanship on repairs to the hotel In some ways were shoddy

Hotel was easy to find - just off I-84 on Route 9 North. Hotel staff courteous.

We used Booking.com to reserve 2 rooms for 2 nights - one room with King bed and one room with 2 Queens. Hotel changed ownership between time we booked and stayed. When we arrived, staff said they only had reservation for 2 rooms with 2 Queens each. They said reservations were transferred manually and they could not verify our original bookings. (We heard some people in lobby say they booked 2 rooms, but only had 1 when they arrived - so we considered ourselves fortunate.) Breakfast was "continental" - but barely (toast, bagels, coffee, OJ, cold cereal, DIY waffles). Rooms were functional but spartan - sink and counter for bath were in main room and bath had only commode and shower. Overall, not a good value for the money (about $250 per room per night).

Nice staff

Problems with elevator so had to take stairs. Air conditioner in room wasn’t working and my husband had to fix, not maintenance. No airflow/AC in hallways or elevator. Water was brown when first turning on in shower. Housekeeping didn’t refresh room. Way too overpriced for what we got.

Terrific value place. No frills but we didn't want any. Just a clean, comfortable place to sleep while we visited with local family. Bonus free breakfast was most welcome. Front desk staff was very helpful. Close to many restaurants and the main street in town. Only negative were the too soft pillows, otherwise a solid value.

Great value for the money. Perfect location, clean and quiet. Parking is really easy and the staff was very helpful. Recommend.

Bed was very comfortable

Place was run down and dirty.
