"Comfortable but no security cameras."

Comfortable room

No security cameras in parking area. Someone crashed into my truck but due to no actual security camera footage, I have an extra expense to deal with.

"HOrrible roach hotel"

Beverly at the front desk was nice and finished checking us in

There were holes in the walls with water leaking out often. The non smoking room had the overwhelming smell of smoke with tar dropping down the walls. No door on the bathroom and the window lock was broken, the heat didn’t work above 66 it was horrible and filthy. We would have left but wee too exhausted to find another hotel after already paying for this one
