"It was manageable."

Location, cleanliness, and staff where great,

The fridge didnt work. The air conditioner didnt throw out cold air and the elevator was down.

"Could be better but decent"

Checked out a day earlier and since then nobody has been answering the phone every time I called for days since this entire week. I just wanted to know if I’d get my money back for the last night for checking out on the 19th at 9:40 am instead oF the 20th.

"Quiet room, great helpful staff."

The breakfast was a bag with a few snack bars, the bed was rock hard but clean. Moved to a different room and the new room was above expectations.

"Very disappointing. I feel ripped off."

staff was friendly

check in staff didn't explain that I would be charged a $35 fee because I'm a local resident. My electric was off that night and that is why I checked in. They just had me sign 3 or 4 forms with a lot of information on them and it was late, I was tired and didn't read through all of the information on each form. They said there was a $125 deposit that I didn't know I had to pay but assured me I would receive a refund in a few days. I did but that was when I learned about the $35 they wouldn't return out of the $125.

Terrible, that's not a continental breakfast. A breakfast bar in a bag and a drink.

Seeing a Crack pipe on the hallway and holes and mold in walls and ceilings
