The seasonal pool will be open from March to September. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times and spa treatments. "Great place but needs better front desk hospitalit"

The lodge was nice and clean. Check in and check out were painfully slow and they complained about “third party bookings”. The one girl at the front desk was extremely rude and needs to learn about customer service. Otherwise, beautiful place, just expensive and the $40/day resort fee is ridiculous. The gardens and everything is “included” in the room but it’s really not with the resort fee.

Beautiful place. Great dining selections a lot to do. Just had a few issues with staff. Not enough people working coffee bar. Waited 1 hour to get a coffee in the morning. Just needs more help. Pool bar was closed. Most of the weekend

Times are wrong online of when facilities are open. Pool was closed the entire stay and was told it was open online and by the front desk walked to pool and it was closed multiple times. Staff are very nice. Food is terrible and High prices for something that looks like it was bought ant the dollar tree and warmed in the microwave. FOOD has NO SEASONING and also gave us an upset stomach. Everything was closed and nothing to do. Flowers and everything outdoors needs some care.

Bryan and Cason's Tap House was an exceptional server. Hee was fast, friendly and very attentive. His suggestions were wonderful, he knows his job and menu well. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan. I look forward to him serving us again on our next trip.

I visited for weekend with my sorority. I found the lodge to be beautifully landscaped and my cabin comfortable and clean. We have a nice deck to BBQ and enjoy the zen. My cabin was very nice, remodeled and spacious. Our conference area also was clean and updated. The bathrooms were clean as well. The expansive resort has a variety of things: gardens, lake sports, naturalist exhibits, spa and golf course on a substantial property of forests, lakes and meadows, meticulously kept. Accommodations include a conference area, and the comfortable, modern lodge house. The staff are super friendly. One particular gentleman helped me to find the lodge house when I arrived and followed up with me to make sure I was settled with my group. Food is available from a half dozen restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed breakfast during the time I was here. I enjoyed a made to order omelet and fresh coffee. My food was fresh and well-prepared from a typical southern menu; vegetarian options are limited.
