The seasonal pool will be open from March to September. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times and spa treatments. The food was great every where we ate. Peoples were very nice. It was peacefull and very relaxing. The pool was great.The walking trail around the beach was excellent. We love this place everything about it. We will be back! 😀

"It’s okay"

The pillows are terrible but the beds are nice. Mold growing on the bathroom ceilings. I booked a ground level room for accommodations and was placed on the second floor. When I mentioned it, I was told nothing was available. I was told in my booking that I would have to pay an 80 dollar incidental hold but had to pay a 100 dollar hold and their reply to my question of why was “you booked with Expedia so it’s $100.00” and it will not draft after checkout. After checkout the money was still drafted from my account (this was booked through my bfs hotels.com account for a business trip because it was cheaper than the IHS association discount).

Somewhat disappointed. Stayed with granddaughter hoping to treat her to nice experience. Room was nice, grounds lovely, however staff seemed bored, indifferent, less than helpful and at times downright rude. Did not meet expectations for luxury experience.

Floors were dirty especially behind chair and bathroom. Lighting in bathroom over sink was too dark for putting on makeup. Patio doors hasn't been cleaned. They sweep floors instead of vacuum or mop. Nasty.

"Magical Christmas"

My family and I wanted to try something different to get us into the Christmas spirit. I'm so glad we chose to drive down to Callaway Gardens. They had a live Nativity, Christmas shop/Village, Meet Santa, and Reindeer. The lights were fantastic. It is truly magical. We chose the Carriage ride instead of driving through ourselves. I'm so glad we did because it just added to the experience. If you love Christmas and Christmas lights I highly recommend going during Christmas. It was so worth it.
