The seasonal pool will be open from March to September. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times and spa treatments. Property was fairly nice. We paid for a lake/pool view we never got because they plant trees right in the middle of your balcony so you can’t see anything, but the tree of course. Expedia also didn’t mention at all that an extra security charge they give you upon check in. You have to pay the resort fee plus taxes PLUS another deposit that you may or may not receive back. I’m sure your family deserves more than this… so beware of Expedia & Callaway Gardens!

"The best weekend in many years"

From the moment we parked at the hotel, the customer service was impeccable! They made you feel truly comfortable and cared for. The cabins have everything you need, including a small BBQ grill, access to the lake beach, the butterfly sanctuary, a golf course, and several indoor and outdoor pools. The bar, restaurants, and everything you need to have a great time. At the Champion restaurant, we were served by a waitress who had been working at the property for 12 years, and her service was impeccable.I would come back every weekend if I could

"One snag but Kitt and the hotel staff handled beautifully."

We had one snag with the bed and breakfast package. We went to eat at the Country Store on Mothers Day with our vouchers. They decided to stop serving breakfast well before 11 and wanted us to wait 45 mins before they started lunch. We ended up going back to the hotel. Kitt and the Concierge staff more than made up for this with a nice buffet and brunch experience at the hotel. They went above and beyond! We will definitely be back to enjoy the hotel. I hope the Country Store gets this worked out because there are several reviews with this same experience. Have been going here for along time and love the grounds at Callaway.
