The seasonal pool will be open from March to September. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for golf tee times and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 17 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The staff was super friendly and approachable. The food was amazing. The rooms were clean and nice and size. It rained so we didn’t get a chance to walk the trails, but we did drive-through some of the trails and it was just amazing! We were able to go to the butterflies center, which was amazing!

We had so much fun here! This is the ONLY resort in my area that has a hot tub. They actually have two but one was closed for maintenance. I was a little bummed out that the bar at the pool was closed down, but hopefully they will have that up and running the next visit. We enjoyed our dining experience as well. We ordered off the menu and the food was delicious!

The hospitality of staff was great, extremely nice. It was a nice, quiet downtime. Beds & room were comfortable. I wish the beach & activities(zipline, tree top, boats, ect) were available during weekdays. It's only offered during weekends until summer. Food & snacks are a little expensive. Pool area is great, clean.

"Girl's trip"

I visited with 3 friends for a girl's weekend. We rented a cottage. It was very nice, remodeled and spacious, and riding around in a Callaway cruiser was super fun. We all visited the spa for massages. Two of us only had massages, the other two had massages and bought products. Margo at the spa was super friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed spa time. However, when we were checking out, we were told they were adding a 20% gratuity for our massage therapists which we all agreed to. However, when we received our email receipts, the gratuity added was actually 25%. Also, the two of us who bought products were charged sales tax on our entire bill, including the massage. The two who only had massages were not. In Georgia, it is not legal to charge sales tax on massage therapy services (GA Code 43-24A-23). After far too much back and forth with the spa manager, she grudgingly agreed to refund the sales tax charged as an act of "good faith" but denied that the law applied to this situation. Although we had a nice time, the spa billing experience negatively affected our trip, and I would not recommend Callaway for a girl's trip. The lodge and restaurant staff were all very nice and helpful. Just watch those spa bills!

It would be great to have more food options available. After 10 PM, I had to drive 30 minutes just to find something to eat.
