Location was good. Room was great. Modern and a comfortable bed. We were able to check in early which was helpful on a very hot day.

Oxford Inn in Redding is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, safe and has wonderful amenities. I enjoyed the pool and spa. They were both clean and warm, and someone said they use salt water to keep them sanitized. The front desk staff in both the evening and morning were excellent, warm, and helpful. The bar and evening supper are such a wonderful treat with a free drink and a light snack, which could actually count as a light dinner. The bartender, Heather, was wonderful! She was very busy, but she handled everything she had to do at the bar in addition to preparing meals from the bistro, with generosity and a big smile on her face. If I were managing the hotel, she would be in line for a raise! Keep up the good work, Redding Oxford Inn!

Overall, the place was clean. However, the woman in the kitchen was incredibly rude and unacceptable. She threw the plates down when I asked for a cleaner one, pointing out the dirt on the existing one.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Some rooms are a little larger than others, which is nice depending on your needs. The location is excellent, with Logan’s Roadhouse right next door, making it very convenient for meals. There are also plenty of other restaurants, shops, and services nearby, all along the same road. One of my favorite things about staying here is the daily happy hour. Guests can go down and enjoy a complimentary drink along with chips and salsa, which is a great added perk. The breakfast is also amazing, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean hotel in a convenient location, with excellent customer service and wonderful complimentary amenities.

Friendly and responsive front desk and maintenance employees. This motel was recommended by a friend. On the first leg of this trip I stayed at a competitor and found their property poorly maintained and with listless employees. My 1 night stay at Oxford Suites was far superior. My only criticism was that the breakfast bar got crowded.
