"Never again rip off"

Breakfast was grreat,the no smoking on property bad to stuck up for my blood.

I went to front desk changed my check out date still was charged for the days I was not there and any extra 222 for I don't know what.Rediculas

Great breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, and bacon/sausage--plus wide selection of other breakfast foods. A measure of the quality was they had almond milk as well as regular. The Happy Hour snacks were enough for dinner. Cookies in the afternoon, and coffee available 24/7. Large, comfortable room, comfortable bed, great amenities, all around, just an excellent facility. I would definitely stay again.

Really nothing. Having more non-alcoholic choices available for the Happy Hour would be nice (Perrier, Peligrino, etc.)--I just drank water.

"I was happy to have a nice room and the although I didn’t have time to use the pool/hot tub it looked clean."

Comfortable bed and great hot water in shower with nice amenities.

Customer service lacked professionalism initially. I felt like I wasn’t the agent’s priority as I stood at the counter. I did appreciate the cold bottle of water after I was checked in.

Location was good. Room was great. Modern and a comfortable bed. We were able to check in early which was helpful on a very hot day.

"Wonderful Bartender and Chef"

Oxford Inn in Redding is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, safe and has wonderful amenities. I enjoyed the pool and spa. They were both clean and warm, and someone said they use salt water to keep them sanitized. The front desk staff in both the evening and morning were excellent, warm, and helpful. The bar and evening supper are such a wonderful treat with a free drink and a light snack, which could actually count as a light dinner. The bartender, Heather, was wonderful! She was very busy, but she handled everything she had to do at the bar in addition to preparing meals from the bistro, with generosity and a big smile on her face. If I were managing the hotel, she would be in line for a raise! Keep up the good work, Redding Oxford Inn!
