Great location and cheapest place in the whole town to stay. A lot of other reviews seemed to have super high expectations for this place like they were booking a hotel. Bedding was comfortable and the A/C works which is more than I can say about other motels.

The building looks like it's falling apart, sheets had stains, shower curtains stained, metal folding chairs with mysterious grime on them, windowsill had lots of dirt, just overall not a very clean place. When I was checking there was a group of people asking for a new room because the one they got was super gross, so this seems like a consistent housekeeping problem the management has no desire to do anything about.

The gentleman at the desk was very ,very kind. After I tripped on the broken staircase, he moved us downstairs.

Tinder box,no fire alarm upstairs. Dangerous staircases. Asbestos ceilings If you were to be on the upper level, you would die from smoke inhalation in your sleep. If you did detect fire,you would not,could not make it down. The staircase would burn before you have a chance to reach it. You would literally need to jump from the second floor. Very nice man though
