Chicago Marriott Naperville

Overall property was very nice. Hotel aesthetic was very pleasing. I would definitely stay again! Pool area was nice. Several times people almost slipped. Would loved to see this area better kept. Other than that we had a good time.

Reserved a wedding block for family and friends for my wedding. Was not warned the block was filling up or that they were booking up rooms faster than the block filled. After check in multiple rooms had problems. No fridge in the maid of honors room. No air conditioning in multiple rooms including mine (the groom). The whole unit actually has to be replaced in the middle of photos in my room. Entire hotel was almost muggy. One family had a toilet that leaked into some offices downstairs but they were at least moved to a different room. As far as billing after these issues there was no adjustment, not even an offer of some restitution for inconvenience. Will not be staying with Marriot if I have the choice for some time.

Comfortable lobby

Breakfast cafe felt a little closed in. Not open to the lobby or any windows.

Rooms were fine. Comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Free parking was nice. Starbucks was nice. Housekeeping came in even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Luckily the door was latched from inside or I wouldn’t have been happy since my child was in the middle of changing near the door. Nice big lobby.

Attentive and friendly staff, very clean rooms, and hotel food was delicious!! Meeting rooms were excellent for our conference!

One of the good choices in Naperville - Aurora area. There are not as many good options and I can recommend this hotel in case you want to have reliable quality and good sleep. It's quite outdated, and the lounge downstairs is typically full of partying folks drinking beer. But, still keeps marriott standards

We came down for a school trip for a show choir competition. Everything from the beginning was a wonderful experience. We booked over 33 rooms for our trip and worked with Rachael Blalock and Sheila Haralson in sales and on our reservations. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable with excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the hotel itself had great amenities along with a pool and Hot tub which was perfect for adults and students. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back for future competitions.
