The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center

This is my new favorite hotel. The location is perfect for me.. right acrossed the street from the beach.. there’s not a lot of people that are not guests hanging around the property or the pool so I feel safe staff is beyond professional room service was hit and fresh when it arrived to my room at 11pm laundry was fresh pressed and completed by early morning for us to start a new day swimming pool was so clean and warm and the servers around the pool bring u food and drinks promptly Krogers and many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel

They don’t have access to golf carts or e-bikes

Noah the bar back at the cove was such a delight to talk to and the San Luis needs more people like him!

Our experience at The Cove swim-up bar and pool was one of the highlights of our stay at the San Luis Resort. The pool itself is beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained, but what truly made our day exceptional was the outstanding service we received from the staff. Madi and Zoe at the swim-up bar were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, engaging, and consistently checked on us without ever being intrusive. They were lots of fun! Even when the pool area was busy, they maintained a positive attitude and made every guest feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality turned a great pool day into a memorable one. We were also fortunate to be taken care of by Brooke, who provided poolside service throughout our stay. Brooke was exceptional—warm, attentive, efficient, and always one step ahead of what we needed. She consistently delivered service with a smile and made us feel like valued guests every time she stopped by. In an industry where great service can make all the difference, Madi, Zoe, and Brooke truly shine. Their dedication to guest satisfaction reflects incredibly well on the San Luis Resort and The Cove. Management should be proud to have team members who represent the resort with such professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. We can’t wait to return and hope to see these wonderful employees again on our next visit!

Madi and Zoe we great a the pool bar. Brooke was our waitress around the pool and was very friendly and very helpful. I would drive from Dallas just to hang out ant the pool because of them.

The Cove is where it is at. My wife and I were at The Cove and had the most brilliant young man serve us at the Bar. San Luis did something right when they hired him. Noah L., it was a delight meeting you.
