We had a wonderful afternoon at The Cove. The gentleman at the bar, Noah L, was helpful, professional and super sweet. Glad to see such delightful person working at The San Luis. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The stars of the San Luis really were Zoe and Lacy. I would plan my retirement around their bar schedule. They were the best! Thanks Zoe and Lacy.

Fabulous stay with an amazing cabana. We stayed in Club 10 and enjoyed a day in a cabana poolside. Kylie Schmidt was our cabana attendant and she completely spoiled us. We were delighted with her friendliness, attention to detail, and quick service. She made sure we had everything we needed. Kylie understood that we do not drink alcohol and thoughtfully kept us supplied with ice and limes for our sparkling water. 15/10 for service. Wonderful stay with a comfortable room. All of the Luis staff is exceptional and eager to make your stay better.

My (now) fiancé and I visited May 31 - June 1. I told Skylar in guest services (biggest rockstar of them all!!) on the phone that I planned to propose there, and he completely went out of his way every step of the way to make the experience incredible for us! He worked with my family ahead of check-in to set the room set up with flowers, balloons, champagne etc. for the surprise proposal upon our arrival. And it all looked and went better than I could have imagined. He assisted with complimentary amenities anywhere he was able and made it a point to come say hi at check-out and make sure our stay was incredible. The entire rest of the stay was also a 10/10 experience! The staff at the pool (especially bartender Lacy and pool waitress Luciana) knocked it out of the park!!! The food at Grotto was amazing. All-around amazing experience. Thank y’all so much for making our special day as special as it could have possibly been.

Hotel and condo rooms beautiful pool much like vegas style ! Amazing staff excellent food must stay ! Never have to leave resort 3 bars , 4 restaurants
