Dan'l Webster Inn and Spa

Lots of charm. The hotel was clean. Great pool. The location allows you walk around to shop and dine. Very friendly staff. We would definitely return and stay here again.

A little pricey for an older motel but it was nice and in a great location. The continental breakfast was minimal at best.

Property was very tired looking and outdated.

The meal in the evening was excellent as was Brian.

You advertise a spa but we never found it! The Continental breakfast was poor compared with other hotels we stayed in.

Everything was wonderful. I only have one negative thing to say, that I think could be corrected. There seems to be a bee (bumble) problem at times in the pool area. This is our second year staying on the property, and it was the same last year. Other than that, it would be all 5 stars!

threesome for lunch in main dining room. maybe 6 other tables occupied at this time. all 3 of us ordered appetizers. the caesar salad was ho hum for $14. the crabcake, was cold and was very bland at $17. chicken tenders and onion soup were adequate. bill with one ice tea totaled $66....a bit steep for mediocre food. Server, Danielle stopped by our table three times asking to take our order within 5 minutes of seating. I didn't see that she was terribly busy or needed to turn the table for waiting guests. She actually became irritating. requested refill of ice tea with no action..finally asked another server for refill and she accommodated. we've always enjoyed dining at the Dan'l Webster, but today we were disappointed at the poor, pricey menu and substandard server
