Erin at the front desk was absolutely amazing she's very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good and there was a nice selection of items

The bathrooms in the rooms were absolutely freezing, and it would have been nice to have some kind of heat lamp or something in there. There was also good inch or inch and a half gap from the floor to the bottom of the door letting in a very cold draft, that was my only complaint.

"Great Hotel, great customer service - BOOKING.COM the was the worst ever"

Aaron at the front desk is amazing. She cares about each person, she is kind, helpful and thoughtful!

BOOKING.COM screwed me out of a room. I paid for 3 rooms and even though I had all the confirmation emails the foreign customer service people didn't understand what customer service means. We spent 1.5 hrs trying to check in and the customer service department hung up on me 3 times. They agreed I paid for 3 rooms and the amount they charged me but refused to get my 3rd room paid for so I could check in. They were rude, accused me of being the problem. Wanted to charge me for cancelling a room I was trying to check into. I will never use booking.com again.
