The hotel is always clean .

I was upset when we got there we have stayed here multiple times and loved the hot tub. When we booked this time I always go through pictures to make sure it is the right hotel with the hot tub. Yes the pictures were there. When we walked in we looked at the pool area and saw no hot tub and said we were in the wrong hotel. When I walked up to check in I asked and they said it was too much to fix so they filled it in. Then while she was checking me in she had a problem with booking.com and asked me to pay for the room ( which I paid for already with booking.com ) and get a refund from booking.vom which could take 10 to 14 days to get. I said no I already paid for the room and she said ok I'll call booking and get it worked out. Which will take a while. Mind you I checked in online in the app and picked the room we wanted. We had to sit in lobby for a while for that to get worked out.ind you it was 9pm when we were trying to get into our room. Finally got our key and was getting ready to move to the car to the door closest to our room to get in and noticed that the room I was given wasn't the room and picked on the app. The person I was with doesn't like elevators so we picked a first floor room. But they gave us a 2nd floor room. I went back in and said this isn't the room we picked and she oh that room is full not so we had to put you on the room you got. I was like that would have been nice to tell us that. Was very unhappy we will not be staying here again.

It was very close to the birch run outlet malls

Facility as a whole wasn’t clean. Our room had nasty stains on the carpet, found fast food wrappers and used ketchup packets before the chair, and went to load our bags into the truck on checkout day and came back up to the housekeeping in the room with our dog. Was not very happy with this experience. Not to mention our room was not cheap.

Breakfast.. food was always gone! Had to go to store to get milk and orange juice!! No one to wipe up spills at the waffle machine! Very poor!!
