I went through Expedia. Never again. They charged me doe a room and then didn't send the reservation through to the hotel. Had to book another room through the hotel and now news to wait to get a refund back from expedia. Hotel staff was great. Very accommodating.

Location. Comfort of beds.

No seating for all people staying (2 people) in room. Only an office chair by the desk! Not enough towels in room for length of stay! (since they don't clean the rooms) Cheap basket trays to keep your clothes in. Poor lighting in room. Usually have coffee in lounge area around the clock, not here! They're so cheap, the only place they have a printed TV listing guide is in the lounge area, not the rooms. And many more items not mentioned. It's a long list!! This is the first time we're disappointed staying at a Hampton Inn.

The breakfast was okay it was not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. For instance hard boiled eggs do not replace scrambled eggs.

The room had an almost empty box of Kleenex-come on , 2 or 3 tissues. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the tub-big disappointment as I had wanted to try that brand.
