The elevator was broke from Friday morning until Saturday. With luggage and bad knees it made it a little hard. Staff was friendly and room was clean

The phones do not work. If you need anything you have to go down to the desk to get it, we stayed two nights and did not receive fresh towels or a reset room. We received half a roll of tissue and when I called for some the lady told me I had to come get it. ELEVATORS ARE BROKEN, first room was completely dirty. Only 1 out 4 people were friendly. Definitely would not stay here anymore.

My stay was great loved it rooms were clean and nice

My stay was good. My room (226) was clean and the hotel was quiet. I did have three concerns to feedback. 1) The hotel elevator was out of commission and no status of when the elevator would be repaired was provided. 2) In the vicinity of Room 230, it had a strong smell of THC being smoked. I could not smell it in my room, so I did not bring it up to the front desk. 3) The sliding doors entering into the lobby were not locked after 10pm until 6am when the hotel staff returned to man the front desk. Other hotels I've stayed at have a better security posture by having guest use their room key to open the lobby door after hours. I understand the hotel is under renovation of sorts, but security and safety should still be a top priority.

Elevator was inoperable the entire stay making it extremely difficult while on the third floor Staff appeared to be use to this as it must be a daily occurrence and didn’t not offer to assist

The new renovations were very nice i just wished they had more balcony rooms
