The staff was very accommodating and welcomed us immediately. The view and quiet location were much appreciated. Also a nice restaurant next door with delicious food 👍

Excellent place nice rooms and siting areas very clean and very amazing staff and the room was perfect 🥰 would definitely recommend to all family and friends. Awesome place I will definitely stay again didn't have anything negative to say.

Everything was great except for the fitness center, neither treadmill was working. I was hoping for a lounge that stayed open later because our tournament ran long. Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Front desk people were very nice.

We arrived at 10p. Our reservation said "king balcony", but didn't have a balcony. Room was remodeled nicely, but rest of hotel seems run down. Our room wasn't vacuumed properly. I found a hair tie on the floor that wasn't ours, and our bathroom had tiny pieces of TP on the ground. Since we were late, I decided to handle it the next day. I asked the nice front desk agent to have someone vacuum our room, bc the floor was gross. We were gone all day, and when we arrived back, the bathroom floor still had all the same stuff as when we left. The water temperature got warm, never hot. Even my 9 year old thought the water wasn't hot enough. When we went to leave, the elevator was broken. We had to lug all of our crap down stairs from the 3rd floor. Also, the hotel pool is closed and we were informed that they won't be opening it back up, and are instead making the gym larger. Bed was comfortable, the front desk agent was very friendly. I won't stay here again.

Hotel staffs are good, but the facility is in need of upgrade. 2 complaints: 1. Not be able to regular room temp, even with the system off, the room temp stayed constant78+. 2. I changed room to a quieter side of the hotel and was billed twice and had to plea for credit. Melissa L told me "I'll give you a one-time courtesy" because you have 2 reservations, but I only have 1. As a Titanium member and have stayed here previously, I will be staying somewhere.

The pillows were Awesome like marshmallows or imagine sleeping on a Lois’s if we could. I’ve stayed in hotels but this one was the best nice size television and food was great the area has lots to do even for the kid. Everybody will enjoy their time in the area I really enjoyed myself plus some nice women and places to eat and dance you can’t go wrong with the selection
