"Quiet Hotel"

This might be one of most expensive hotels in Stockton. However, it's main advantage is that it's tucked into a quiet dead end street about one block from busy March Lane. So it's quiet but only a 5-10 min drive from shopping, fast food, decent restaurants, etc. Rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. Breakfast is B level. Nothing to complain about or rave about. Parking is free and plentiful

The staff was kind and welcoming. The room was roomy. I'll have to use the BBQ next visit.

I could not adjust the room temperature. It was 64 degrees F.

"I want a full reimbursement for room 139. I had a headache staying there."

My family and I stay at this Residence Inn all the time and typically we would give high ratings. Unfortunately, we stayed in room 139 which smelled overwhelming with smoke. The manager only gave us a 50% discount when I requested to be comped. It was a terrible stay, but the front desk supervisor, Lei, was so nice and willing to ask her GM to get comped.

Room 139 smells terrible and no guests should be allowed in there.

"So it was inconvenient"

They put us in a room that had a loud beeping sound, then after we complained they put us in a smaller suite than we paid for
