The homeless people sharing breakfast with paying guests was too much

The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the rest of our stay was very disappointing. The shower only ran cold, the room had a terrible odor, and a power socket sparked when my son tried to plug in his iPad. In addition, I had to avoid dripping water coming from the carport light fixtures at both the front and back of the property. I don’t usually write complaints, but in this case I feel it’s important to share these concerns so others are aware and improvements can be made.

Disappointed by Recommended Hotels – Poor Cleanliness and Service I’ve always trusted Hotels.com’s recommendations, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The hotels marked as “recommended” often fall short—especially in terms of cleanliness and basic hospitality. One recurring issue has been the lack of transparency around hotel management. If Hotels.com provided more insight into who operates the property, it would help travelers make more informed decisions. In my case, several stays managed by certain groups have been particularly problematic, with zero attention to room hygiene, unpleasant odors, and no room service at all. It would be helpful if Hotels.com allowed users to filter or view hotel management details before booking. That way, we could avoid properties that don’t meet basic standards of cleanliness and service.

Well, look a lot better in the photos upon walking in the curtains had small holes towards the bottom third the desk for writing on with a USB chargers, and the little lamps was so filthy. I didn’t even wanna shut off the light and plugging in USB. A connectors was so grimy. I don’t know what happened if somebody spilled coffee and didn’t bother wiping it after the sugar drive other than that, the tub was hard to figure out how to make the drain stopped. The building is showing its age and last my door handle for my outside door was partially not seated properly, so that’s kind of a security concern.
