Horrible room was not clean and somebody walk in our hotel

We had a few issues in our room. One of the beds we had was broken, there was no hot water in the shower so they sent someone up to look at it and after about 20 minutes he said that the shower temperature thing in the handle was broken and he knew about it before but thought it was not going to be an issue, but said if we adjust the handle to a certain spot we will get hot water. We did somewhat after that, but it took almost 5 minutes to heat up and get warm water.

Clean efficient good deal last minute

Dont spend your money on this hole! The Lobby smelled like B.O., and breakfast was a joke. Honestly Im surprised theyre open for busines. Shower was disgusting as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. I rather shower outside with the water hose. Toilet barely flushed and was sticky! Just overall dirty which was surprising for the area we were in. Front desk person didnt know what he was doing. Air conditioner didnt work, our mini fridge in the room had mold! I rather sleep in my car! Dont stay here please. Oh and they charge as if it were a 5☆ hotel when it should be condemned.

Great location, everyone was so pleasant and bed was comfy.

Terrible!

Needed remodeling. The black out curtains had lots of holes in them. The sliding glass door had to be jerked to open and needed replacement as it seemed ready to fall off. The sink plug had to be pulled out so it would drain. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was close to the state beach.

Clean , quiet, staff was very helpful

We have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. Sadly we have really seen it decline over the year. Seems quite neglected. So many things. Dirty fridge in our room, spider on the wall. Sliding door to (Balcony with no screen and a folding chair) and a dirty slider. All mirrors in room were streaked and not shiny. Towels were not white. Something red smeared on the door to our room. hope it was not blood. Large spill on the carpet getting off the elevator, and floor of elevator was not cleaned the 4 day stay we were there. Back to our room. The carpet was not clean, and we were afraid to not wear our shoes in room . The light over the double sink #1 was burnt out, they did fix the second day. All in all sadly this was our last stay at Confort in San Clemente Calif. I think you may be able to get it back to good standings if you have the right cleaning crew and management. But not for us at $180. a night. good Luck
