Harbor House Hotel and Marina at Pier 21

Not quite sure what to put here as there were very few positives. Location was good.

Our shower would not drain. The representative reluctantly tried to plunge the drain with a toilet plunger and said it was fixed but it continued to not drain. We also didnt like the fact that it wasnt cleaned after the plunger was used on it as I assumed that was used for unclogging toilets. When we told the front desk of the continued issue they did nothing. We were also only provided conditioner and no shampoo for some reason. For the price we paid we should have had a working shower. Based on the parking lot there were other vacant rooms they could have moved us too. It was a $500 room and we still had to pay for parking on top of that.

Close to cruise terminal. Could park there too for cruise.

Great atmosphere and comfortable stay. Dee is incredible and deserves a raise for her positivity and welcoming attitude.

Sam at the front desk was amazing!! Very helpful and answered all my questions on where to go and what to do!

Loved the location, the feel of the of the place, the rooms were great in size and beds in comfort with a great view of the the harbor!

We had two rooms and my kids room did not have hot water hardly. We also asked front desk if we could get a late checkout and he told us we would have to call in the morning to which defeats the point of wanting a late checkout to sleep in a little, but we did call that morning and they obliged for only one room. So my kids had to move their things to our room for an hour.

I liked the location a lot. Easy to walk around.

We had a 2 night stay one was previously book and we added another night on arrival. We had to get new keys and my husband gave them his credit card. We leave and are on the cruise and find out they charged both credit cards for the parking to the tune of $243 twice. Now after the cruise I have to go in and straighten it out. They also didn’t advise if we moved the car the night before to the cruise parking we had to pay another night for the car.

Loved how close it was to the water.

It was a bit more pricey than we would have wanted.
