Staff wasn't too friendly nor did they notice us..

My stay was amazing, from check in to out. Beatrice at the front made sure everything was ready to go and make sure to check if we needed anything. Would def come back and stay again to catch the dolphin tour since this was a business trip and didn’t have time.

The ahoyel was very nice and quiet. Right off of the Strand so it was PERFECT!

I had to credit Dee at the front desk (and management) for arranging a fabulous room for me on a solo trip. Super friendly staff, and all they want to do is help make your stay a great one! Room 202 is very spacious, and is such a beautiful corner room. The hotel is clean, I was able to store my luggage before my room was ready, and the location is great! Lots of shopping and food nearby. I plan to return to Harbor House again sometime, and will enjoy visiting with sweet Dee again!

Great size room, continental breakfast was great before going on the cruise. Dee was fantastic, called me the day before and got everything set up for me. Great Job Dee. Right on the water with plenty to eat in walking distance.

This hotel is a magical gem. Location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and relaxing on the pier. We had a beautiful view of the harbor watching all the boats, sunsets and dolphins all from the comfort of the room. The hotel team was wonderful. Dee was super friendly, Beatrice was so helpful, accommodating and made sure I had a great birthday stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the hotel and rooms fresh and so clean. I forgot the gentleman’s name that was working the evenings, but he was cool as well. Thanks Harbor House team for running a spectacular place. Will definitely return!
