Harbor House Hotel and Marina at Pier 21

Great location to downtown and cruise terminal. Dee at the front desk was superb!

No amenities to speak of and ovwrpriced for the property.

Based on all the positive reviews we definitely knew this was the place to stay for our pre cruise trip! And we’re so glad we did. Upon arrival the wonderful and sweet Dee greeted us as if we were old friends. She made up feel so welcome! Dee is a sweetheart and we missed her the moment we left. She gave us great advice where to dine and where to visit! And the advice was one hundred percent correct! Our room overlooked the pier where cruise ships and freighters dock. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable for three adults and lots of luggage. There’s plenty of storage drawers and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and room for products to be stored. The breakfast had so many options! Choices included hot and cold cereal. Precut packaged fruit, yogurt and milk is easily accessible in the full size refrigerator. There’s a pancake making device that’s so cool to use. A good variety of breads, muffins, bagels and danish are available. Lots of options for everyone’s taste. The best part of this boutique hotel is the warm smile from Dee every morning we saw her. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here.

Parking arrangement was excellent. Parking is always a problem in Galveston but Harbor House made it very easy. Nice to next door to Willie's G.

Can't think of anything negative

Staff was very nice. Good location. Wine sold at front desk (no bar) is a good price; sold by the bottle only.

Room smelled overwhelmingly of mold. The restaurants nearby close early during the week.
