Disgusting property, nothing was clean. Horrible staff

There was tons of water damage and mold all over the ceilings and walls, leaks in the shower, dirty bed sheets, faulty shower head, dirty toilet seat, no complimentary water and a rude front desk worker. The bathroom door didn't even shut, and I don't mean that it was hard to close, it was just completely misaligned. I was also locked out of my room on the second day. On the third day, the janitorial staff left the floor soaked after cleaning, someone could have easily slipped.

I absolutely loved the pool. It’s one of my kids favorite activities and the pool was well kept and clean . Also they had a hot tub! Very centrally located as well so you have easy access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very well kept and the staff is excellent. Very helpful and very friendly.

Loud all night the person next to us had the TV blasting and was screaming all night. Called upfront and no one ever answered. But 11am hit and they where knocking and calling for us to leave lol

We had a total of 4 room for the weekend and one room had bedbugs. Then after changing rooms the room that they moved the kids to had some white powder all over the bed. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking onto the floor we woke up to large puddle of water. Check out was at 11 however the cleaning crew was right outside the door vacuuming at 9am and making alot of noise right outside our doors. The pool was small and the tiles were dirty. The whole stay was not good. Just a very dirty hotel.

Hotel smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free facility told staff about my dog at check inn 4 days later they decided to say they weren’t told at check in and added 150 dollars to my stay when I told them we had said at check in he immediately tried to charge my card without my permission. Only good thing came from the cleaning staff would never stay here again

Bugs!!! Arrived late after 6 hr ride, room had flying bugs all over it. Was moved to second room where it was gross! Mold on bathroom ceiling, doors were filthy with grime, smoke detector was covered with plastic bag n had dryer sheets shoved in air conditioner. Smh. Breakfast area also has flying bugs, and bowls of vinegar were set out to trap em!!! Gross! Spoke to hotel owner n was given the run around!!! He was no help n made excuses!!!

The staff was amazing. The woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I got the wrong time for breakfast and missed it, but she went to the back and got me a bagel and cream cheese.

The room smelled badly like mildew. I woke up with a horrible headache the first night, so then I opened the window the second night and the fresh air made it much better. It could have also been something within the AC system. Only half of the window was screened, so you couldn't open it if you had kids because they could easily fall out of the third floor window - even from the side with a screen because the screen we super flimsy. The pool was tiny, but nice The workout room had way too many things stuck inside.
