Cons - bathroom door&main door didn’t work properly and would scrape the bottom of the floor making it hard to open n shut them , microwave wasnt cleaned before we got in our room had cheese in it from the previous people , elevator by the lobby & lobby itself could have definitely been cleaner & the head board to our bed was sticky for some reason . Wi-Fi is a pain to connect to . Pros- nice beds , water pressure in shower is AMAZING , the breakfast is small but delicious. Our room was 220 and my brothers room was down the hall & it was perfect . So overall 6/10 stay I think we just got a okay room :/

The ease of location and the staff was nice during the morning

It wasn’t clean. The doors were sticking and latches were falling off, so I didn’t feel secure or safe the pool as well as the hallways were extremely hot so it’s very uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom areas were very small so you really had no room to maneuver the outlets in the rooms Were very loose, which made it hard to charge up devices. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Run down, not well kept up. The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions but the pool area was dirty and pretty sure there was black mold.

Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great. We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year.

The place is a health hazard! Once you walk into the lobby the musty smell hits you right away. The rooms were even worse. There's black mold on the floor corners and the musty moldy smell was so bad we had to change the hotel the same day we've checked in. Air conditioner smelled as bad when it was running. It was impossible to sleep because at some point you couldn't breathe due to the smell! Not sure how they even allowed to stay opened. Very bad! The worst hotel experience!
