The location is good very close to the airport. And close to all shopping and restaurants. The continental breakfast is great and coffee available 24/7.

I had nothing to complain about.

It was clean, nice and wuiet

Was staying with u all while my mom was at uk hospital. She passed away at 3 in the morning. Went back to hotel so my 5 year old daughter and 12 year old niece could get some sleep after she passed away. Did stay over the 11 o'clock check out time that morning. but had a very rude call from front desk worker, while packing our stuff up...basically telling us we needed to get out immediately even after explaining the situation. Offered no condolences or any sympathy.
