Good location

No early check in which I’m I can understand we was there for a music festival. They told us we could use the bathroom to get ready bathroom was not clean :/ staff was t at desk for check in waiting 15 minutes. Got to room and tv didn’t work couldn’t get anybody to check it, NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER, room vibrated and made a loud noise every 45 minutes 🤷‍♀️ somebody had placed clothing stickers all over the night stand and over QR codes for hotel so you couldn’t even scan them.

"Decent place to stay near the highway."

I stay 3 nights here. The staff was exceptional - helpful and friendly, plenty of parking, location convenient to highway, restaurants and shopping - but not downtown or horse facilities. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it was fine - boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, cereal.

I like a coffee maker in the room, but no such facilities here. Also - no sitting area, just 2 beds and a desk. My biggest issue was the pool - this was the reason I booked this hotel - but, the water was freezing. Unusable!

Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was all very kind. I enjoyed the breakfast bagel bar! Super comfy bed and great location.
