Hotel El Presidente Acapulco

no internet access via wifi, staff on the front desk very unhelpful I was waiting 20 minutes to check in, lady was busy doing something also she did not even tell me wait a minute or anything... very unhappy, the tv cable was down for a whole day, parking very expensive $15.00 per night, never go back again to this hotel.

I had a very bad experience no cable TV hard beds my safe was broken no view of the ocean dirty towels and no extra security on the doors anyone with a card could have owned my door in the middle of the nite.

Good location. Beach has rocky area. Out first room had a broken AC so they moved us to another. The hotel room was simple, OK. Remember to bring shampoo, condition, toothbrush because theyre not doing you any favors. One elevator was broken so there was only one for the whole hotel. No room service, mediocre restaurant. Good location though, right on a busy strip. Noisy though. You get what you pay for.

Front desk was very rude. Elavator did not work. Room was very dirty and needed a lot of maintenance. The location was the best part. The waiters by the pool were awesome. Will not stay there again.

Location is great, unfortunately it has not been taken care of and the hotel s loosing it.

THE HOTEL IS IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION. BUT SADLY THIS HOTEL IS MAINTAINED POORLY AND IS IN DESPERATE HELP OF IMPROVEMENTS. THE STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND IT SEEMS UNFAIR THAT THEY SEEM TO BE CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE. DAVID THE MANAGER WAS EXCELLENT AND MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOMED. I WILL MISS HIM.

Elevator and A/C do not work. I stayed there less than 2 hours because of the temperature of the room. They still had the audacity to charge for the full stay.

the hotel has seen better days, it still looks as it did in its great years, but now is quite run down,no air conditioning in the hallways, horrible air conditioning inside the room,the curtains do not cover the windows completely, the balcony door totally damaged, they dont even provide kleenex tissues in the room! Its spartan at best,mayor refurbishing needed,

good value for rate. excellent location next to top priced hotels. excellent security catering to families on beach vacations. Not a party hotel for singles. Hotel was not busy and could have provided an upgrade. Pool has beautiful view. Last stayed here in 1982 and operated by Fiesta Americana hotels.

El Presidente I heard that it used to be the one of the best hotels back in the days. Its outdated, poor condition. Nice view if you get ocean view. Great service, when I arrived I had some issues that were resolved rigth away. The place needs renovatins is too old.
