Hotel Lincoln

Rooms are super outdated and small. The tv didnt work properly and had no way to cast to it. Location is great. Staff was friendly.

Hotel room was tiny. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Pipe under sink broke at midnight spray water all over.

The service is fantastic. Cindy and Eric were very available and responsive. It is clear they genuinely care about the customers. The location is also very good. I plan on staying here again.

Some facility updates are needed. The service makes up for any shortcomings!

Clean quirky hotel. Great location in Lincoln Park. Enjoyed the complimentary beverages. We will come back next time we visit our daughter.

Cozy hotel close to a great part of town. It is a hotel converted from an old apartment building so the suites are roomy and feel more like an apartment than a hotel. It was clean and well kept. Room phone didnt work and bathroom window didnt open, but these were minor nits to the experience. Kitchenette sink and fridge, couch, bedroom and bath with a nice tub.

This hotel is in definite need of updating! Rooms were sad- window units barely functioning, carpet was old and stained, tile broken in bathrooms and wall paper peeling. Would only stay here if you are not spending a lot of time in the room.

Location was great

Room was very outdated, very small, and climate control heater/AC only put out temps in the 80’s. We had to open the window to get temperature down. Just know that the outside temps were in the low teens! Bathroom was small and floor and tiling definitely need an upgrade. For the price and the pictures on their website ( which only showed the rooms that have been refurbished), not sure if I got good value for price.

Choose this hotel for its great location, but don't expect much beyond that. Despite booking a lake view suite back in July for our Christmas getaway, when we arrived, we were sent to a room that was *not* lake view. Despite being on a renovated floor (11th), the room was not at all luxurious, with off-brand coffee pucks that didn't work in the machine, only two paper cups (no bathroom cup at all), no sofa or mini fridge as had been described on the website, and paper thin doors to the adjoining room. Those doors were in the bathroom, right next to the head of the bed, so you could hear everything the people in the next room said (and did). My sister and her husband were on the 7th floor and their room was dark and dingy. They could only get lukewarm or hot water from the wobbly sink handles. The TV didn't work and the back of the desk chair was falling off -- it wasn't even safe to sit upon. With the exception of the assistant manager who helped provide an amount of money back since we didn't get the room we'd booked, the other front desk staff seemed annoyed at best to talk to guests and were rarely there when we came in and out. Credit to the housekeeping staff who seemed overwhelmed but were very friendly. The rooftop bar was convenient and the staff there were very friendly. Sadly, despite its ideal location, I will not stay at this property again or recommend it to others.
