No microwave, no fridge, icemaker in lobby was removed. Surly employees. No breakfast. Only breakfast items were a couple cartons of yogurt and stale white bread. Coffee maker was empty. Juice dispenser broken.

The room stinks like dog pee and old wet durty laundry, really horrible smell, the bathroom mirror is broked and so is the power outlet. I stay there before and was bad, give them another chance and totally regret it. They don’t clean the rooms and the bething stinks as well. That should not be an option in Booking website

I like the location the beds were clean

Rooms were dirty floor was sticky and very dirty. The tub was dirty. I had hair in my shower. I had hair in my sink. The only thing that was clean was the beds.

I booked the room for stranded family members via Booking dot Com to stay-- late one the night. Then, I learned my family member needed $100.00 deposit to stay... and thus they could not stay because they were STRANDED at night, unexpectedly,... but Red Lion NEVER let Booking dot com know; this, despite 4 different calls their way to answer Booking dot coms emails requiring their say-so that my family didn't get to stay. Crooks.
