Red Lion Inn and Suites Everett

The bed was very uncomfortable. There were things broken in the bathroom and the tub the chipped. The worst part was the location. There was someone with an ankle monitor on hanging out in the parking lot, all day everyday. And several gun shots were heard throughout the night.

Everything is horrible. The floor in the room is sticky. For check in nobody was at the front desk, we have to wait and when someone finally appeared he was so grumpy. The beds are terrible and the parking worst. Its expensive for a hotel and a room like this.

Decent spot for a short stay

The room is dirty. I was overcharged and there were no amenities. I won’t stay again.

There was a bus stop nearby and the elevator worked.

No tv remote in the room, but given six different ones to try. Reserved room type wasn't available. Other guests were very loud and inconsiderate. Soul-crushingly depressing 'breakfast'. No coffee. Hallways were littered with garbage as was the parking lot.

We reserved a room for four adults and one child but was only allowed 2 shower towels. There’s no room service or housekeeping. There isn’t a microwave in the room as indicated in their description. There are also questionable people hanging around the parking lot area.

I stayed at the Red Lion Inn & Suites Everett in October while visiting family at the nearby hospital. The location was really convenient — just a few minutes away — and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were kind and respectful, which made things a little easier during a stressful time. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but decent — burritos, cereal, coffee — enough to start the day without any fuss. My kids were comfortable too, which meant a lot.

I had a late check in my son checked in on Thursday. The nighttime staff approached him at 1:30 AM, 12:30 PM Saturday knocked on the door and harassed him and they made it seem like he was mentally unstable, I was originally in the room next to him, but my bed on the right hand side almost went through the floor. When I sat on it the other side was stable the day staff kindly replaced my room until Monday, the nighttime lady, rented out my Room, which I still had a key for and two other men harassed my son knocked on his door at 1:30 AM threatened him so we had an early checkout. It was horrible. How could they do this? The day staff was kind, but that nighttime staff, needs to be replaced immediately I had to spend more money on a motel 35 minutes away at 3:30 AM when all of this took took place, I am horrified and frightened.

When I arrived at the red line, it was nothing like the pictures on your website. When we walked into the lobby in the front desk, the smell inside was terrible. The gallo at the front desk seemed confused about my reservation.And we all decided we wanted to stay somewhere else because it just did not feel like a clean hotel. When I told the gal at the front desk, we were going to stay somewhere else She just handed me back my I.D and my debit card and did not explain to me that we were going to be charged for the rooms anyway. Nobody, I was with wanted to stay there, because the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I am requesting a refund for the rooms for the one night that I was charged to my debit card.

Location was close enough to where we needed to go. We had a large community event to attend in Monroe WA. The price itself wasn’t too bad for two nights. The staff that was there when we checked in the first night was very helpful and happy to help. He actually had ended up taking over another person’s shift and was there working 12+ hours I believe because we also saw him the next morning. I was a little disappointed we didn’t get to tell him thank you when we checked out and left. Will say at least the AC unit and tv worked, and checkout was 12pm.

I was disappointed there was no hot breakfast - just some cereal and yogurt. The beds were very creaky and the floor in the room was AWFULLY DIRTY. We took off our shoes and our feet were black. I have a 1 year old baby and I had to try to avoid him crawling on the ground as much as I could. There wasn’t any coffee in the rooms but I did notice a coffee station at the end of the hallway. I wasn’t sure how well it was tended to though so I was cautious and decided not to use it. There was a fridge in the front lobby with some drinks in it but they were expensive from what I recall. There was no microwave in our room either. I feel like this must be a privately owned Red Lion Hotel because the management and cleanliness is not up to par for an actual decent well-known hotel chain; I think the owners must be cheap because they are clearly not paying for this place to be cleaned … or breakfast!
