Red Lion Inn and Suites Everett

When I arrived (5:30p) housekeeping was coming out the room. Bathroom had hair all over the place. Second bed was broken on a corner. Sheets and pillow were musty.

Nothing

Everything….. the room was horrible.. the bathroom sink and tub.. would not drain.. the bed .. made noise.. when you sat in it and when you would move.. during sleeping.. there was a dog.. in another room.. that was making noise.. and someone.. kept playing.. with the outside.. door handle.. during the night.. brought .. this information.. to the hotel desk staff.. and all .. he said .. was Sorry.. for our bad experience and not being able to sleep!!!!!

Just checked in. There is no ice machine in the hotel. No coffee in the lobby or room. No bottled water, no vending machine. No microwave in room as advertised. Staff so far is unfriendly. Stay somewhere else!

The Internet is poor strength but so am I.. Lol. Very nice to find a hotel that lets us stayso I can get on my way to a better way of living and off the streets. New ESA in training, so hope no one complains. Wonderful bed, kinda hard to get ahead with no restaurants discounts and online delivery scams for dining are ridiculous when everyone expects a tip on top of their pay and automatically delay or ruin your plans because they're trying to figure out a way to beef up the total Wish weeklymonthly rates were cheaper or at least posted ahead of checking in so I could budget better. Why isn't the tax already added in? Receipt should be available if "pay later" option because it's always PREPAY plus damage deposit or GO AWAY. Surprises dont jive well with solo stayers ($2700-$3000 mth) ouch

We stayed at 12 hotels in 14 days on this trip and this hotel came in at the bottom of the list. Not the best looking area and pretty noisy. The bathroom had a funky smell, the shower was not clean as we found hairs in the bathtub and shower curtain. Our shower towels had hair and some black dirt on them. There were kids running up and down the hallway past 11PM at night. Told the hotel staff and they said they would talk to them. That didn't seem to happen. Paint was peeling and fell down from the bathroom ceiling. The bed sheets had some black dirt on them. The bed sheet kept popping off as it didn't fit the mattress. The toilet seat almost fell off. I don't usually like to criticize the free breakfast as it's free, but if you're going to offer free breakfast, then it should be available. Breakfast was from 6AM to 10AM. Since we had to leave early, we relied on that breakfast so that we don't have to go out looking for breakfast and wasting our time. At 6:20AM still dark in the breakfast room and nothing was started or put out. Went to the front desk, rang the bell, and there was no one to be found. We had to go find breakfast outside. When we came back to check out, the breakfast area was open, but the juice machine said out of order, there was no coffee and nothing to eat other than 5 pieces of bread. See pics below. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the Internet worked well. I would not recommend this hotel. You get what you pay for.

I especially liked the strung out man passed out outside my window.

When the strung out man started screaming and yelling at people walking by.

Water in the shower and in the sink went everywhere. Had to put up extra towels to keep water in the shower.

The front desk guy named Ali was very argumentative
