"Blissful relaxation from Hotel Spa"

10.0

Had the best Aromatherapy Massage from Georgetta this afternoon. Her 25 years of experience really shows as I had 60 mins of blissful relaxation while she worked her magic. Highly recommend.

"Great hotel"

10.0

We stayed here week commencing 30th May 2026 and now back in the UK. We got collected by our private transfer (Organised by the hotel) at a cost of 28 euros, arriving at the hotel after about twenty minutes. Great first impressions, nipping clean, the concierge took our cases, check in was easy, quick and taken to the room by the very friendly staff member. We were also given cool flannels and a welcome drink. We stayed in room 3222 this was on the adults wing of the hotel and was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. We had an amazing view of the pool and a partial sea view. This was a adults area superior room which we booked through TUI and meant we had access to the adults only pool area. We were able to choose our own sunbeds by the pool which were ours for the week however, we did get a double booking on our sunbeds one day and got moved to different beds however, this was just for one day. We ate in the main restaurant most of our stay, Indian, Italian, Oriental theme nights amongst others, you get shown by a staff member where you would like to sit, ie inside outside, adults only, family area, whichever is to your liking, we preferred the adults area. We did eat at the Seven Orchids restaurant which is Asian food and was really nice. Top tip book your al la carte meal early as they book up really quick. We would definitely return to this hotel due to it's location, good quality food, although some could do with being a bit hotter, great entertainment and being so clean with friendly staff. The only little gripe would be there are rowdy wedding parties who make a lot of noise outside at night, which is fine, but when after midnight, it's get a bit ridiculous and annoying as trying to sleep. We would return.

"Very special week away"

8.0

I chose this hotel to propose to my wife to be and We’re having an amazing holiday (she said yes😂) the food is so good, hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff are polite, the designated sunbeds are brilliant no sunbed wars, only thing stopping it been a 5* for me is on an evening and during breakfast you cannot get a drink within 20 minuets twice this week I have finished my breakfast before getting a coffee it is just not good enough, and on an evening larger parties are given priority as told by Nina the waitress herself, after I complained one evening to her it’s been over 30 minuets since you taken my drink order she rudely come back and said it’s actually on been 17 and slammed our drinks down, she didn’t take into consideration we had waited 13 for her to actually take our order. Would come back if the staff were all organised properly.

"Too many weddings"

8.0

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and I hate to say this but it's not as good as it once was The food and drink is still excellent quality the hotel is still lovely but since they refurbished the hotel rooms we felt let down it was almost like the rooms had been rushed for reopening there was plenty of minor defects and signs of poor workmanship One thing we noticed is the amount of weddings they host and this somewhat ruined the holiday we stayed for 7 nights and there was a wedding each day so that's 7 nights where you are plagued by 30/40 guest all taking over the seating areas in the bars taking all the chairs and tables so they can sit together if this was just a one off it wouldn't be too bad but 7 days on the run was too much and it has a negative effect for the family's that are on actual holiday The first time we stayed the hotel staff food drink where amazing but after our second visit we won't be coming back which is a shame The hotel need to limit the amount of weddings they take in as this really did have a negative effect on our stay

"Wonderful!"

10.0

We have just returned from our 3rd fantastic stay at the wonderful Olympic Lagoon in Paphos. The hotel looks amazing after a recent re-model. We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool and the sea, which was cleaned to a high standard every day. The luxury skin care and hair products were an unexpected, but very welcome, bonus. The food is varied, plentiful and hot with a very large choice and caters very well for vegetarians and those with allergies. The benefit of being able to choose where you would like to sit and having those sun beds allocated to you for the duration of your stay takes all of the stress out of worrying about getting to the pool at dawn to reserve a sun bed! The entertainment was delightful, and of a high quality, whether listening to the pianist in the lounge, the duet singing in the adult only bar or the shows in the Experience Arena. The staff were all very polite, friendly and efficient. We would like to give a special thank you to Leoni and Elena for making us so welcome. This will not be our last visit! Shelly and Gary

"Luxurious tranquility"

10.0

If your aim is to give yourself some well deserved time out then you will find everything you need here and more..... This resort offers all-inclusive packages with sumptuous suites looking out over the sea, a choice of international gourmet restaurants where the service is top class and an ample selection of fine wines, cocktails and liqueurs at the various bars. My experience of the housekeeping standards was more than satisfactory with maintenance at the highest level, super clean rooms and public areas with impressive attention to detail. For a change of atmosphere there is live entertainment or simply be pampered at the Spa. The resort has various themed areas with beautiful gardens and of course the sandy beach from where you will see spectacular sunsets. Designed for both privacy and family fun do check at the time of booking to enable you to select the accommodation and package to suit your wishes. Highly recommended with low season price reductions and cooler temperatures.

"Fantastic hotel"

10.0

Really enjoyed our week at the Olympic Lagoon and would definitely go back. Gorgeous spacious family room with sea view. Food was fantastic and staff all really friendly. Pool space was perfect and the allocated sunbeds were amazing, so relaxing knowing you didn’t have to rush for a bed every day! The hotel was really well located on the sea front with water sports available. A big thank you to Raphael the lifeguard who was so much fun with the kids round the pool.

"False advertisement"

4.0

After a brutal year involving extensive chemotherapy, I thought the best place to relax and recover would be a five-star luxury resort in a destination I'd always wanted to visit. Unfortunately, this turned out to be neither relaxing nor luxurious. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, but it quickly became apparent that appearance and wedding parties are the priorities here. Aesthetics consistently seem to take precedence over practicality. There are no outdoor drying facilities for swimwear, inflatables are prohibited in the pool, and guests cannot freely choose where to sunbathe, with loungers effectively designated. The adults-only area, is reserved for guests willing to pay an additional premium. This restriction was not made clear at the point of booking and came as an unwelcome surprise on arrival. The result is overcrowded family areas, where it is not uncommon to return from lunch to find strangers sitting on your towels. The biggest issue, however, is the constant stream of weddings. While I completely understand and support people celebrating their special day, there appears to be little consideration for the paying guests who are not attending. Weddings take place daily, with celebrations continuing late into the evening. When the bars close, the parties simply move to guest rooms, resulting in disturbed sleep throughout the holiday. As I write this, lying in bed with the balcony door closed, I can clearly hear a live saxophone, a competing singer attempting "Imagine", fireworks and conversations from the event below. Reception was unavailable when I tried calling at 1am to raise concerns about the noise and its impact on other guests and families. What makes this particularly disappointing is that this is a resort that actively markets itself as a luxury destination. Many guests choose such hotels specifically for rest, relaxation and recovery. In my case, after a year of intensive treatment, peace and quiet were not simply desirable extras—they were the primary reason for booking. A luxury resort should be capable of balancing weddings and celebrations with the comfort of its other guests. During my stay, that balance was entirely absent. The cost only adds to the disappointment. Wedding guests are often visiting for a one-off event and may never return, whereas holidaymakers are the guests a resort relies upon for repeat business. Prioritising weddings so heavily, especially outside peak wedding season, seems short-sighted. I paid a considerable amount of money for what was supposed to be a peaceful luxury break, only to feel as though I was staying on the Ibiza strip in its heyday. I could not be more disappointed. For balance, Natasha in the bar was an absolute delight throughout our stay, and the cocktail menu is excellent, offering a wide range of branded drinks. Good luck, Kanika. You'll need it.
