"Skip: extremely loud live band right next door! You will never sleep."

Second rate hotel. Very tired. Room over looked marina. The nearby restaurant/bar had a live band that played until 1:00 am. The noise level in my room for HOURS was 55-75 decibels! I got absolutely zero sleep until the bar closed. The absolute worse hotel stay I have ever had.

Night staff un-friendly on arrival. Room felt very old and tired, bathroom had no venting. Looking over noisy carpark. Departure parking rate outrageous despite day parking paid. All in all a disappointing stay not worth the price point.
