When checking in, I was not identified as a Hiltons Honors member, and was treated like I haven't traveled before by how the hotel information was presented to me. The hotel has not been updated for a long time, which is sad it could be a really nice hotel like it was when it was first opened. I need to give the breakfast kudos for how clean it was and the great selection. Put some money back into your hotel.

Location was wonderful. So many things to do in Peoria.

Once we got to hotel to wind down and relax for evening there was a malfunction with the fire alarm and it went off multiple times through out (3 or more) the evening. So much for a quiet evening

Beds so comfy! Staff so nice and helpful

Not hotels fault, but Bookings fault. Still working to resolve. Said the card Booking used to make my reservation was declined. Put this on my afterpay and ended up having to pay full price upon check in

1st room- toilet did not work, so I was moved 2nd room- drapes would not come down & when staff closed them, a wave of dust fell down. Room was dark, insufficient plug ins, & dirty. Will never stay here or any other Hampton again.

Beds were hard, needs an update. Left late at night due to beds being too hard. This could obviously be a personal preference.
