The shower had lots of scuff marks all over. The room was very dated. The ac froze up the second night there, there was an outlet and cover that were broken but limited on plug ins. The WiFi was very glitchy and the cell service was terrible. Not much room for sitting to eat. 2 floors of ice makers were broken.

Quiet…even though it was booked and just a block away from a casino!

The hotel was close to the event I was attending.

The water in the shower did not drain well. The shower head was broken.

Bed mushy. Air conditioning system musty. Old-style curtain shower needed work.

The building is old and VERY dirty - find a different place to stay!

Old, dingy hotel. Didn’t want to take my socks off. Took a shower with standing water. Took a very long time to get hot water in the sink or shower. The shower looked dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was rift-raft people hanging out in the parking lot. One evening after dinner returned and there was a large group of individuals gathered around their cars in the parking lot as if they were tailgating at a football game with coolers and drinks. Being a silver member I normally get 2 bottles of water for checking in but got nothing. Hotel desperately needs a renovation / gut job.
