I booked a room with a vies and paid more for it. When I got to my room I had no view. Front desk told me Expedia did not reserve a room with a view. Contacted Expedia who tried to change room, but none was available. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT! Wont use again!!

The beds were not comfortable and the towels are not very good quality. The room was $220 per night. I had much better for less. You can tell that the quality is being compromised.

Breakfast was included. The charge for pets is now $40, used to be $25. One night king size bed with 1small dog was $187. Getting steep for one night. Probably will stay in Wilkes Barre for about $100.
