Our room was a newly renovated room. It was lovely.

I had to walk with the bell hop around the building in the parking lot. Our room was in a building that didn't have an elevator. I literally carried my own bags down two flights of stairs. The tiki bar wasn't setup yet. The outside restaurant wasn't happening either. These were the things that were advertised in the booking process. For over 400 a night what a rip off. No staff could speak fluent English

My daughter enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

My sheets & comforter were not clean. Plenty of stains. For the price, I wish we were in the real hotel not the side building.

Since the hotel was not yet open for the season they moved us to a different hotel. The hotel was beautiful and clean and close to everything in Bar Harbor.

The price was a bit high considering none of the attractions/most restaurants in Bar Harbor were open.
