"The best hospitality!"

Best hospitality I have ever received at a hotel. From the moment I walked in late at night, front desk staff Chris Pearson was like an uncle, greeting me and my wife in the kindest, most caring way possible. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the shower water pressure was almost too strong! The free hot breakfast was delightful, but the highlight was definitely the staff. The housekeepers were eager to help, and so were the morning front desk staff. Huge shoutout to Chris for making us feel at home and even calling us after our stay to make sure our check out process went smoothly. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Nashville!

"Friendly staff but hotel needs work."

Ice machine is not working, noise from outside air conditioning units was annoying, one guest got stranded in the elevator for half an hour. The place needs some work. There was peanut butter smeared on the outside of door of a guest room for a full day.
