Hyatt Place Nashville Brentwood

What an amazing staff!! We are staying here during the ice storm and the team is keeping this place running despite very challenging circumstances. Everyone we’ve encountered has been pleasant, professional and patient. Incredible under these conditions.

With the awful Ice Storm Fran - Nashville residents were left with few choices about staying warm and safe. Hyatt Place met and exceeded our needs! Chris checked us in, along with everyone else who found this hotel. Chris was patient and kind, and greeted each customer warmly. He helped me quickly and we were able to settle in our room. We had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea in the room. I was blown away by the professionalism shown by Chris and the manager-this was a high stress day, and they were amazing. I live in Nashville but if I need a place to stay for a few days-this will be my go-to choice. Can’t wait for breakfast!

Bar wasn’t there anymore and so you had to buy at the reception and charged gratuity every time even though they would only allow two drinks at a time per person

I have stayed at Hyatt Place many times over the last 2 years. I always enjoy my stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Kelly & Chris are the best ! They make me feel like I am family. The rooms are reasonably priced, spacious and comfortable. Lots of choices with the complementary breakfast in the morning. Check in & check out are simple and easy. The location is right off the interstate with easy access. I highly recommend Hyatt Place in Brentwood, TN.

Breakfast was great. Room size and layout was great.

Elevators were out the entire stay so constantly walking the steps to the third floor was a lot. Our toilet would periodically not flush, but a staff member came to fix it when requested.

I only booked this place because they touted onsite restaurant and bar. Nope!!! No restaurant. No bar. Just some chips and a sodas for sale. All their marketing says they have a restaurant and bar. The do not. Also surprised at check-in with 8.00 parking fee. Don’t bother staying here. There are nicer places right down the road.

Let me start by I don’t leave reviews, I’m not sure I ever have, so know it takes a lot for me to say something, I came here due to my wife having a surgery near by. The moment I got there they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Chris was the person working the front desk and I can’t rave enough how awesome he was. My wife needed a wheelchair he immediately got me one, we needed extra pillows for her, he didnt just “send them up” no he immediately went himself got extra pillows and brought them to me. He was super friendly and really just made u feel like u were family visiting. The room was as big as an embassy suites room for a fraction of the cost. The morning breakfast was awesome and my kids loved it. I didnt bring my puppy this time to make things easier but if I had they even had little dog treats for ur pup at the front. Chris thank you for making this such an amazing visit my wife and i even joked (partially) about renting out the house and just living there. Can’t than you enough! We will def be coming back!
