SureStay Hotel by Best Western Grants

It had wood floors I spilled my water and used a towel to dry the floor and the towel was very dirty when I got done

Staff was very friendly and cordial. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were a decent size. Pool and pool area were super clean. Breakfast was good too.

You have to go outside to get to the front office and for breakfast. We stayed in February so it was still chilly in the mornings.

Our room was upstairs. There are no elevators. I did not know that there were even hotels without elevators anymore when I booked this room but I booked through booking.com and the man at the desk treated me terribly when I ask if we could have a downstairs room because I recently had knee surgery and need an elevator. There’s not an elevator available. I cannot go up and down the stairs very well at all he just put up both of his arms and said you booked with booking.com and I can’t help you so sounds like best. Western needs to quit makingdeals with booking.com. If this is how they are going to treat you.

The front desk person was rude and couldn’t get my card to work and Charged my Card multiple times to where the fraud department called to cancel my card
