The pool

The fact one towel got stained, and at first they tried to charge me $300 for the towel. And then they charged me $200 for the towel, and didn't bother to tell me until I asked him why they were adding charges to my card. The communication was very poor during the weekend. The lady that ran the front desk kept giving me dirty looks every time. I come up there and then she is the one that tried the $300 and then $200 for a $10 towel. And they refuse to give my two hundred back

I didn't like that we had to go outside the building to get into the pool or lobby. I didn't like that they didn't want to cancel my stay for the next day because I had to go back home.

Breakfast was good

Advertised in-room safes but locked and unusable - but was told repeatedly, "they don't charge for the safe". Hair dryer shot sparks out of it when turned on, could have easily caught hair on fire - replacement not available.
