The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

By 8:30 a.m., there were no breakfast options available, and coffee was out. There were kids running around the halls and outside until 1 am.

Tucked in a road with a slew of other chain hotels, the Residence Inn I Rockford is typical for the franchise. Our two bedroom unit was quiet and clean with no issues. Breakfast was your basic passable steam table options. A mild surprise was the modest parking fee, but otherwise no issues.

I thought the room was very dingy. It was a little depressing. There was no dish soap for the dishes. There was an extra roll of papertowels which was nice. We were only there for 2 nights and were not going to buy dish soap. The staff was very pleasant. The room had an odor of cat urine upon walking into the room.

I like that the staff was very nice and the room was very clean I was most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

The room was complete with a full kitchen and dishes. The linens were really nice too! The breakfast was very good with real eggs, waffles, bisquits, oatmeal, toaster, fruit.

The halls smelled like cigarette and pot smoke at all times of the day
